1. Introduction

Welcome to Sia Boutique ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and the purchase of products listed thereon (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform and make purchases, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration and billing information.

  • Have a valid payment method accepted by the Platform.

Sia Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activities that occur under your account.

  • Notifying us immediately at support@siaboutique.in of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including images, descriptions, sizes, and colours. However:

  • Actual colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and will notify you accordingly.

5. Orders and Payment

Placing an order on the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation via email.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

  • Net Banking

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in select pin codes

  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) — subject to third-party terms

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Sia Boutique does not store your payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, natural events, or peak seasons are beyond our control.

6.2 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders all over India

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

Items once sold are not returnable.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable, the defect only wil be accepted in case of proper opening video of the package approved on Whatsapp.

7.3 Refund Process

Refund is only valid after the defect is approved by our team on Whatsapp.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, and software — is the exclusive property of Sia Boutique or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Sia Boutique.

9. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Post or transmit any false, misleading, or harmful content.

  • Engage in any fraudulent activity or place fictitious orders.

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers.

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws while using the Platform.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Sia Boutique does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sia Boutique shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits due to Platform downtime or technical errors.

  • Errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to such a claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Sia Boutique reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
